  • 10 oz Almond milk (( I used unsweetened vanilla))
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (( could sub PB2) )
  • 2 pitted dates ((could sub 1 frozen banana))
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional )
  • Dash of cinnamon
