Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa powder, avocado, almond milk, sugar and salt in a blender or food processor until combined and no lumps are present.
  2. Pour mixture into a microwave safe bowl, add in chocolate chips and cornstarch. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate chips are melted. If needed can microwave for another 30 seconds- just make sure your chocolate doesn't burn.
  3. Place in popsicle molds and freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Notes

If your fudgesicle doesn't come out of the mold right away, run it under hot water for about 20 seconds and it should slip right out.
