Description

These ranch oyster crackers have always been a family favorite! They are quick, easy and can be made in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of oyster crackers, mine was 9 ounces
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oyster crackers, canola oil, ranch seasoning and dill weed. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour seasoned oyster crackers on a baking sheet and bake at 250F for 10 minutes, stir, then bake for another 10 minutes.
  4. Let them cool for a couple minutes before eating! Enjoy!

Notes

Avocado or vegetable oil can be swapped out for the canola oil. You can use olive oil but it will change the flavor slightly.

1 packet of ranch seasoning equals ~1/4 cup dry ranch powdered.

I used a 9 ounce package of dry oyster crackers. If you find a different size like 11 or 12 ounce, this recipe sound still work.
