Ingredients
I've found that there are two sizes of oyster crackers out there, big and small. It doesn't matter which you get for this recipe... just make sure you get enough!
All you need is one packet of ranch seasoning for this recipe. It doesn't matter the brand you get. I've found that Hidden Valley and off brand tastes exactly alike.
One packet of ranch typically equates to ¼ cup ranch seasoning. Which is how much you will need for one batch of this ranch oyster cracker recipe.
I use canola oil in this recipe just because it is cheaper than avocado oil. You can use extra virgin olive oil but note that olive oil imparts more flavor of olive into the crackers.

I’m confused about how much ranch seasoning to use. Most recipes say to use 1 packet, which is 1 oz., which equals 2 TBsps., but your recipe says to use 1/4 cup for the same amount of crackers. I bought a large container of loose-powder Ranch seasoning and don’t know if 2 TBsps. will be under-seasoning it.
1/4 cup is 3 tbsp. You can use 2 tbsp if that suits you!
1/4 cup is 4 T.
My sister makes these and they are so good
